Market infrastructure
Earn with PTS
PTS isn't just something to hold; it can be productive market infrastructure.
Provide liquidity. Earn variable USDC fees. Help deepen the PTS market.
Don't just own the network asset. Help build its market infrastructure.
Meaning
What providing PTS/USDC liquidity means
When you provide liquidity to the verified PTS/USDC pool, you deposit both sides of the pair so traders can exchange PTS and USDC against that inventory. You help deepen the market: tighter executable size and more usable two-sided depth for organic participants.
Liquidity providers supply infrastructure. Organic traders create activity. The design does not depend on manufactured volume, and this page does not ask anyone to buy PTS so that LPs make more money.

Fees
Variable USDC trading fees — not guaranteed yield
The pool is designed so that a share of trading fees can accrue to liquidity providers, typically in the quote asset (USDC) according to the venue's fee mechanics. Fee income is variable: it depends on real market activity and on your share of the pool's liquidity.
- No APY, APR, or fixed return is promised here.
- Periods of low volume can produce little or no fee income.
- Fee outcomes can be outweighed by market moves and impermanent loss.
- Always verify fee parameters in the official pool interface before depositing.
Prefer “designed to” and “can.” Past or hypothetical fee rates are not a forecast of future earnings.
How to LP
Steps to the verified Meteora DAMM v2 pool
- 1
Use a Solana-compatible wallet
Install a wallet such as Phantom, Solflare, or Backpack. Keep your seed phrase offline. Points Foundation will never ask for it.
- 2
Hold PTS and USDC (plus SOL for fees)
Providing two-sided liquidity typically requires both PTS and USDC on Solana, plus a small amount of SOL for network fees. Amounts and ratios are set in the pool interface.
- 3
Verify the official mint and pool
Confirm the PTS mint and the verified DAMM v2 pool address on thepoint.exchange (or /api/token) before depositing. Treat any other “PTS” pool as unverified.
- 4
Open the official Meteora pool
Use only the market link published from shared launch configuration. Deposit liquidity through that verified pool interface and review every wallet prompt before signing.

Risks
Market risk and impermanent loss
Providing liquidity is not the same as holding PTS in a wallet. As the PTS/USDC price moves, the composition of your position can change. That relative underperformance versus simply holding the deposited assets is commonly called impermanent loss — and it can become permanent if you withdraw after an adverse move.
- Market risk: PTS and USDC balances in the pool can lose substantial or all market value relative to your expectations.
- Impermanent loss: Divergent prices can leave LPs worse off than holding the same assets outside the pool.
- Fee dependency: Variable fees depend on volume and your LP share; they may not offset losses.
- Smart-contract / venue risk: Pool, wallet, and chain risks apply. Use only official links from thepoint.exchange.
Read Risk / Legal before participating. Nothing here is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice.
